Indiana Dunes Tourism, also known as Porter County Convention, Recreation and Visitor Commission, was created by the Porter County Board of Commissioners on May 21, 1984 to promote and encourage conventions, trade shows, special events, recreation, and visitors, or industrial development within Porter County.
