I understand that funding will not exceed the specified amount based on the type of event selected. Notification of approval by Indiana Dunes Tourism must be received prior to the start of any event/program. No reimbursement will be provided for event/program costs incurred prior to notification of approval.

I also understand that all documents related to this event/project must be submitted to Indiana Dunes Tourism within 60 days of when the event occurred or by December 15, 2023, whichever date comes first, unless otherwise noted by Indiana Dunes Tourism. Documents submitted after December 16, 2023 will not be reimbursed.
