Miller Woods Hike

Join a ranger at 1:30 pm at the Paul Douglas Center for a spectacular hike through Mille Woods. Explore one of the rarest habitats in the country, a Black oak savanna, on a two-hour ranger-led hike. Don’t miss the lupine blooming during the month of May. Call the Douglas center at 219-395-1824 to reserve a spot and confirm the program’s time.

All NPS programs will be limited to 10 people and will require advance reservations. Wearing a mask will be required during programs because it is not possible to maintain six feet of social distancing at all times during the hike. Call 219-395-1824 to reserve your spot on the hike.
