R.O.S.E. Awards
What are the R.O.S.E. Awards and the R.O.S.E. Awards' Luncheon? For eight years, Porter County CRVC in cooperation with LaPorte County CVB has held the R.O.S.E. (Recognition of Service Excellence) awards and Luncheon to recognize the travel and tourism industry’s front-line employees, as well as businesses and organizations that exceed expections of providing service. The awards are given to show our appreciation to these places and people as they contribute to our industry. Exceptional customer service is what travelers remember most when visiting a destination and can be a major factor in making the decision to return.
Combining efforts with ajoining county CVB's, the R.O.S.E. Awards and Luncheon coincide with the celebration of National Tourism Week, sponsored nationally by the Travel Industry Association of America (TIA). National Tourism Week is a way for the travel and tourism industry to thank visitors for their patronage, honor the employees who serve them, and show pride for the industry.
