Australian Wine Tasting Dinner

The Inn's Executive Chef, Bill Simon, and Sous Chef, Cheryl Molenda, will be pairing Australian wines with a 6-course meal for the evening.Bill's Supper Club is hosted in conjunction with Loucas Eleftheri, Trail Inn Liquors, Valparaiso. See the Inn's website, Party tab and then Bill's Supper Club for samples of some of our prior menus. Final menu for this event will be fixed about a week in advance. Planning ahead - August 25the Bill's Supper Club "goes" to Cuba for a special Wine tasting Dinner.
