Portage Independence Day FestivitiesWednesday, July 4, 2012 Join the City of Portage on Wednesday, July 4th, 2012 for a day of celebration!Mayor James E. Snyder invites you to join the City of Portage on Wednesday, July 4th, 2012 for a day of celebration! The Independence Day Parade begins at 11 am and will travel south down Willowcreek Road from Central Ave to Lute Road. Live entertainment and food vendors will be on hand at Willowcreek Middle School Trumble Field at 5:00 pm. Come out and enjoy the band Clutch Cargo, followed by fireworks at dusk (approximately 9:15 pm) Feel free to bring lawn chairs. Fireworks provided by Melrose Pyrotechnics, Inc. |
