The Chapel is one of the largest collegiate chapels in the U.S.Dedicated in 1959, it seats 2,000 people and has 94-foot high stained glass windows.There are eight services weekly.

TubaChristmas features low brass players from throughout the Midwest. Last year, the event involved 68 performers representing a variety of age groups from as far away as St. Paul, Minnesota. There were also members from one local family that represented three generations. This performance is free and open to the public.

Valparaiso University presents the annual Advent-Christmas Vespers service, featuring the Kantorei Choir and the Handbell Choir of the Chapel of the Resurrection. The annual service of lessons and carols is a traditional part of holiday celebrations on campus. A reception will be held at the Harre Union Ballroom, adjacent tot he Chapel, between services. All are welcome. This performance is free (however a tickets is required) and open to the public.
The Bach Institute presents Johann Sebastian Bach's "St. Matthew Passion," performed by the Valparaiso University Chorale and Bach Choir.
