Welcome to the Beyond the Beach Discovery Trail media guide. We realize that to be meaningful information about our region must be timely and current. To do so we have embraced social media and the new web-based tools. These tools allow us to constantly refresh the all-important whats, whens, and wheres along the Trail.

The website and blog are just the beginning. We also use a number of social media to gather information about the Trail. The two social network sites that we are currently using are Twitter and Facebook.

In addition to these networks, we are using specialized tools to connect to certain types of recreations. For example, eBird allows us to gather bird sightings from along the Trail, and to bring that real-time information to you.
