Summer Activities at the Beverly Shores Depot

The Beverly Shores Depot is offering many summer programs

The Beverly Shores Depot has revamped its approach this season and we want to let you know what we’ve been up to!  Our Gallery now features a number of local artists and artisans in a variety of media.  Our focus is on presenting local folks and subjects.  The Gift shop also has a whole new look.  We featuring local crafts, foods, and books.  We have custom blended trail mixes and train treats from Molly Bea’s, beautiful cards and amazing jewelry. We’re actively seeking other local businesses and vendors to add to our shelves.

In addition, we’re sponsoring a number of events this summer season, including a two-day basket weaving class on July 28 and 29 taught by awarding winning Illinois weaver Karen Gubitz.

Starting in July on Friday the 6th we’ll begin “Start Your First Friday Tour at the Depot” with new partner Bartlett’s.

The museum continues its tradition of fun and informative presentations.  We’re currently offering an exhibit of local Porter County Museums.
